Yesterday morning around 5am, police attacked and forcibly evicted protesters from the Occupy Oakland encampment. Local Oakland TV, KTVUconfirmed that police used tear gas, flash grenades, and rubber bullets. At least one protester was seriously injured first hit by some projectile and then subjected to the impact of a flash grenade while receiving medical attention. Here is on-the-ground footage from RT online. Their full report follows.
